I’m Ankit Kujur, a live sound engineer and event production specialist with a deep interest in how sound influences people, shapes experiences, and how technical choices impact live audio.

My journey into audio didn’t start behind a mixing console. It started on stage.

Before working in live sound and events, I played bass in Elemental, a death metal band from Bhopal, India. While I began as a musician, I quickly became interested in the technical side of sound.

This curiosity led me to explore live sound engineering, audio systems, and the science of hearing

Since May 2024, I’ve served as an ITS Event Engineer at Amazon, providing technical support for large-scale corporate events. My role includes managing live on-ground events, audio-visual systems, and ensuring smooth technical operations for complex productions.

Working in live events has shown me that good sound depends on planning, troubleshooting, collaboration, and making the right technical decisions under pressure, not just equipment.

On this website, I share insights on live sound engineering, audio technology, sound systems, hearing health, and practical lessons from live events. My posts reflect technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and lessons learned from both successes and mistakes.

In live audio, you often learn as much from challenges as from flawless shows.

This site documents my ongoing learning in live sound, audio engineering, and event technology, aiming to help sound engineers, musicians, and audio enthusiasts better understand real-world sound.
